4.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic!
A fantastic little book for newcomers to a GF lifestyle. Very easy and tasty recipes which can be easily adapted if you are vegetarian as I am.
Some good tips on shopping and what to avoid as well as what you can eat. Clear and concise, it’s an invaluable source of information for all who wish to adapt to clean, GF eating. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy read and introduction to gluten free
I was looking for an easy read that offered a gentle introduction to the subject. This book didn't disappoint and I personally liked the range of recipes. With a Google search this information is available but it's nice just to have it in the one place and accessible when needed. 99p kindle version recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Recommend this book!
Very informative book with excellent tasty recipes in, recommend to anyone starting to eat gluten free and for those like my family who have been eating gluten free for years. I bought this book looking for new fresh ideas on healthy gluten free recipes to interest my family with. It's been a hit, already tried a few recipes which were gobbled up quickly I can see me going back to this book time and time again. I also found the information on gluten of importance and up-to-date and I would think it is especially useful for those just starting to make the change to gluten free.
