    So many books are written about diets of various kind, so many of them want to sell you their "perfect" diet. But people are forgetting that losing weight is also a lot about eating simple and healthy food! This book is just about that. A great collection of nice recipes for every day, as well as some exotic ones for a special occasion. I enjoyed it a lot.

    Wow another cook book but it's not any other cook book. What I like about this book are the recipes inside this book are so delicious and not only that these recipes are very easy to prepare and healthy too.
