Taming The Outback (Australian Outback Series Book 1) Kindle Edition
Libby expects the worst when she’s called into the lawyers office but things are not what she thinks. Inheriting an outback station might be just what her little family needs. Lord knows it can’t be any worse than what they’re going through now.
What she doesn’t expect are the sparks from her new neighbor, Nathan Miller. If he had his way, she’d turn tail and return to the city, but Libby has more spirit than that. And more to lose.
He’s been hurt before so when Libby arrives, Nathan isn’t interested in being nice. Even if she’s exactly what he wants. She won’t last. City girls never do. He’d rather be a confirmed bachelor than fall for her and risk his heart again.
But Mother Nature has other plans. When she brings chaos to the station and threatens Libby’s children, he’ll either be proven right or find his barriers taken down by the stubborn woman and her adorable kids.

About the author
#1 Best Selling Author, Ann B Harrison takes you to the places she loves the best. The wide open countryside where cowboys roam free and the ever changing Australian Outback where no two days are the same.
Ann lives in the beautiful Hunter Valley where her fur babies seem to rule the roost. Life is all about the pets winning, right? We're just here to keep them happy.
Ann has finally dipped her toes into the suspense genre after years of dreaming about it and can't wait for you to meet Addison Hunter, a damaged heroine with social issues.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2020The story is okay.
It says first edition in 2012, but the writing style makes it seem like it was written half a century ago.
Nathan's character is not likeable to the end.
Libby is a go getter and much stronger character. Very likeable. If this were real life I would feel sorry for Libby for having lost her heart to Nathan.
But the redeeming factor is that Libby is strong and will have things her own way.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good clean romance
Liked the storyline very much, the pair were great at sparring, until they went for sparring to another level. Would have liked it to have gone a little more.

3.0 out of 5 stars Single mum x grumpy next door neighbour
A single mum trying to hold it together for her kids ends up moving to the Aussie outback station to save from a grumpy next-door neighbour.
This was a quick easy read of Mum just trying to do her best for her kids and then the grumpy neighbour finally not being so grumpy towards her sees that she is just trying her best.
